2. Eligibility & Payment

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our site or be using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are valid and authorized. We are not responsible for fraudulent use of any payment method.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our site are listed in USD ($). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices at checkout may include applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, depending on your location.

Lusso Pelle reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional pricing at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally, depending on region availability. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect address submissions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us at zezen.india@gamil.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of receiving return approval.
• We do not offer refunds — only store credit or product exchange.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Any approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit valid for 60 days from issue date.

7. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural materials such as genuine leather, metal hardware, and artisanal textiles.

Variations in grain, color, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

Over time, natural wear and patina may develop, enhancing the character of the product.

Digital screen differences may cause slight color discrepancies — we do our best to represent all products accurately.

8. Warranty & Repairs

We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty on select items. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
