Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item. Once the item is returned, we’ll send you the new product at no extra cost

Returns:
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Email our customer service team at zezen.india@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Return your items using a tracked shipping service. Please keep the receipt for your records.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
